Driftwood Kennels - Haliburton, Ontario

We are a couple who loves, raises and breeds German Shepherds. Located in the Haliburton Highlands area of Ontario, approximately three hours northeast of Toronto, we breed quality working dogs. Currently we have Traditional Black & Tan, Sable, and Black German Shepherds, with plans to add Black & Red and Red Sable dogs in the future. We strive to enhance the true German Shepherd as a loyal family companion and a versatile working dog.

Our Breeding Goals

Our goal is to provide puppies and trained adults of high quality that you will enjoy as much as we do. All of our dogs are loving family companions.

Driftwood Kennels is working towards a solid reputation for producing versatile working dogs that can serve in Law Enforcement, Protection, Sar Assistance, Guide Dogs, Schutzhund Competition, and loving family members. Our goal is to produce very strong pedigrees so that Driftwood Kennels will be a desirable name on pedigrees of the future.

We are very lucky to have a two-storey barn, three separate cabins with washrooms and a 24' x 36' school building in which we can work our dogs. We are also extremely grateful for the use of a 100-acre gravel pit that is surrounded by trees, plus a river and acres of natural bush to work our dogs in.
